About Savannah

I'm a responsible, driven, and outgoing 25-year-old with 7+ years of experience in various part-time helping roles. I'm very passionate about water safety and have been teaching children and adults how to swim since 2017 at private swim schools, YMCA's and currently, Portland Parks & Recreation. Since Jan. 2021, I've been a part-time instructor at Matt Dishman, Peninsula and Southwest Community Center pools. From 2017 to 2019, I was a weekend babysitter, mommy's helper, housecleaner and house/petsitter for three different families in Chicago, Illinois, where I graduated college. In 2020 and 2021, I worked part-time for an agency called Sitter Service in Louisville, Kentucky, where I was contracted as a weekend/date night babysitter and house/petsitter. I'd love to work with a family with one or more young children this summer. I'm silly, playful and eager for fun outdoor activities and adventures. Happy to provide references!
