Sandy is an exceptional nanny. She has worked for me full time for almost 2 years, starting from when my child was only 3 weeks old, and she has been invaluable. She is experienced, professional, and reliable. I could not have asked for a better nanny. My child adores her and runs to meet her at the door every morning. Sandy is very conscientious about asking me for my parenting preferences and following them closely. She has valuable expertise in young childhood development. She helps her charges learn to self-regulate their emotions and deal with frustrations. She has a keen sense of a child's preparedness for next steps, and has been teaching my toddler developmental skills and school-readiness skills at an astounding rate. She thinks up all kinds of fun activities for him to do. I would recommend her without reservation.
