About Sasha

I love the childlike wonder in which kids move through the world- it's truly inspiring to witness! Working with children is a great passion of mine, and I am committed to becoming the best care giver for your child's individual needs. I started working with kids when I was in high school, first as a babysitter, then as a kids party entertainer, a summer camp counselor for Northwest Children's Theater, and most recently at a Montessori preschool. As a musician, I believe in applying artistry to my work with kids- music does wonders for learning and development! I sing, play the guitar, piano, cello, and have musical theater experience. I am an individual who is unwavering in my conviction that the positive discipline model helps children foster meaningful and respectful relationships. I have experience as a MD/Manager at one of New York's most famous restaurants, which has prepared me with critical thinking skills, self and time management skills, and effective communication skills.
