Hi, I am Sarika. Yes. I have a degree in psychology, I was a certified nurses aide for a number of years, but I'm a firm believer that experience beats theory. My years as a caregiver have educated me in a more rewarding way than college ever could. With my experience at a Skilled Nursing facility combined with my extensive work experience with children, youth and adults who require many needs, I would humbly say that I'm the care giver you need. I have experience in Dementia, Alzheimer's . Autism, Developmentally delayed individuals, individuals with significant trauma and much more. I'm keen on enabling independence to empower clients. I am patient and I listen so that I best meet their needs.
