My approach to childcare is centered around open communication and collaboration with parents. I value their preferences and ensure that I follow their preferred communication methods to keep them informed about their child's day and address any concerns promptly. Understanding the importance of routine and structure, I happily follow the household rules established by the parents. While ensuring a consistent and disciplined environment, I bring a playful spirit to my interactions with children. Outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles are just a few of the activities I enjoy sharing with them.
