About Sara

I am an educated, experienced and compassionate care partner dedicated to helping people live their best lives, whatever that looks like for each individual. I started caring for seniors in 2021 when my friends were struggling to care for their senior mother who has dementia. Since then I have helped a number of people in a variety of situations, from companion care to organizing/downsizing and assisting with late life/end of life transitions. I am also an experienced death Doulah and am a "non-anxious presence" for people at the end of life. The most important thing to know about me is that I am passionate about helping people- and I'm really good at it! I am a better-maker at heart and will go above and beyond to help solve whatever problems or issues that need to be solved. In my free time I enjoy reading, the outdoors, hiking, camping and I love music. Please see my reviews. Additional references available upon request.
