About Sara

I am available to assist as a caregiver or related roles. I love helping and caring for people. I value good health and I am passionate about helping seniors get the most of their lives. I have 10 yrs plus as a caregiver helping clients to improve their health with nutrition, mobility and social activities. My training came from growing up in a hospital where my mom was the superintendent, I loved being there, the patients were my friends. I was born in Brazil and when I visit Mom it is my love and honor to take care of her. My love of assisting others flows from my love of being with people as I am extroverted by nature and also by my own daily personal practices of wellness. I love helping my clients build on where they are and seeing their health and quality of life improve. I love working with our Kapuna and love learning from them. At the end of the day it is satisfaction to bring some light to someone's life and help clients enjoy their precious days. Mahalo, Sara.
