Hello! I am a university professor and mother of 3, looking to earn some extra money this summer as my oldest heads towards college. I was a sitter and nanny for years in Chicago. In my twenties I ran an arts based afterschool program for 30 kids ages 6-13, and later in New York City was a teaching artist in the public school system. I also love infants: in addition to the three I raised, I have 13 nieces and nephews, can change any kind of diaper, and am trained in first aid and CPR, and have cared for kids with celiac, food allergies, ADHD, autism, and physical disabilities. In short, I love kids, and am happy to use my spare time to help you do what you need to, to keep your family running smoothly, whether that is date-night sitting, helping kids make Father's Day presents, prepping for the SAT, or prepping dinner. I met Sara at the beginning of the pandemic when she joined our homeschool co-op. She is an incredible teacher: reliable and creative and exciting. My kids absolutely love her. I highly recommend her for both tutoring and childcare.
