My name is Swata, and I am currently a medical student at Brown. I am from Pittsburgh, PA originally and have loved living in Rhode Island for the past almost 8 years! I have five younger siblings (including a set of quadruplets), and I hope to pursue a career as a pediatrician one day. During the past many years, I have provided childcare for many families in the Rhode Island/Massachusetts area, and have also provided tutoring for students of all ages (including college students) and pet sitting for tons of dogs and cats. I am comfortable with caring for children and infants of any age, including newborns. I also have a ton of special needs experience caring for adults and children with cerebral palsy and autism. I worked full-time at one of Bradley Hospital's inpatient psychiatric units specializing in autism and other developmental disabilities, so am also passionate about the mental health field. In my free time, I love hiking, playing tennis, going to the beach, and reading!
