Having spent the past three years as a dedicated caregiver, I've developed a deep understanding of children's needs and how to best support their growth and development. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships based on trust and respect. I believe in fostering a creative and imaginative environment where children can learn, play, and explore their interests. I keep parents fully informed about their child's day through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone calls. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and providing children with the structure and guidance they need to thrive.
