I've always had a passion for supporting families and providing reliable child care. I am a retired art teacher and mom of two with over 20 years experience working with children. My creative and imaginative nature, coupled with my friendly and approachable demeanor, allows me to connect with children on a personal level and create a nurturing environment. As a certified teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table including helping children with school work and creating a stimulating environment. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages and am skilled at enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and harmonious environment. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor activities to board games and puzzles.
