I was born with a deep for animals. My childhood cat, Pounce, is 14; I met him at our town's local shelter shelter when he was only a few months old, & we have grown up together. My childhood was filled with pet care experiences, including visiting my aunt ~16 years ago to walk her four(!!) dogs with her and feed them. As I got older, I often pet sat for my friend, relishing the walks, cuddles, & time with various breeds, sizes, & temperaments of dogs, cats, & other animals. More recently, as a graduate student, I have a pet tortoise & worked with a shelter in Baltimore to foster dogs. I'm excited to care for your pet!!
