About Sara

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, creative. I like caring for seniors because I respect the process of aging. It's not always an easy process, but the experiences one has had in life are more a part of who they are then the age. I'm looking for a job where I feel that I can make the most impact: for the one in need of care, for the other family care-givers (which is an exhausting job both mentally and physically), and a job in which I am also respected. In my spare time, I am an artist, a mother of 2 teenage girls and - well, that's most of my spare time. One thing you should know about me is I am new at care giving in the "job" sense, but I have been doing it in my own life for years. I took care of both of my parents before they passed, I raised 2 strong and independent girls, was a hospice volunteer, and routinely still give care when needed.
