As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with four years of experience, I am passionate about creating a nurturing and educational environment for children. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my innate ability to connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My patient and friendly nature allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I understand the importance of consistency and structure for children's well-being. To ensure the safety and well-being of the children in my care, I have completed First Aid Training and CPR Training.
