Sara helped us by entertaining our 2 year old son while my wife was caring for our newborn daughter and I was on a work call. She handled his temper tantrums very well. She was calm and firm in the way she spoke with him. She made sure he was safe and took charge with little direction from me in the midst of a chaotic situation while I was on a work call. After his nap, he asked me, "Where's Ms. Sara?!" We look forward to having her over again soon.
