About Sarah

My experience in childcare kickstarted in grade school, babysitting for family friends and neighbors. I began working in a daycare in 2006 and took classes for early childhood education. I worked with many different age groups until I became teacher certified and started my position as lead teacher in the toddler class. I decided to switch settings and became a nanny in 2014. I loved everything about being a nanny for those next 3 years. I resigned my position to start my own family. The past 6 years I have been raising my own two boys. We are a homeschooling family that loves hikes, art projects, visiting new playgrounds, and learning through play & exploration! Gardening is my passion and you'll discover I have a lot of hobbies from watercolor to embroidery, I have enough art supplies to stock a preschool! As a home educator, my children are with me throughout the week. I understand this may not be a right fit for some families. I would love to discuss more details soon!
