I'm a highly motivated and experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. Each child is unique and deserves a special environment to thrive. As a parent and educator, I have a strong understanding of a child's needs and how to best support them. My patient and calm nature allows me to connect easily with children, creating a safe and supportive space for them to learn and grow. I am a trained Special Education teacher who knows how to engage with children with disabilities. I have a special emphasis in my training with children who have a visual impairment. I am open and communicative. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and regularly update them about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I'm will enforce household rules and routines to ensure a consistent environment for the children in my care. I love playing games with children, adapting my approach to their individual needs and interests.
