After a quick interview Sarah was hired her rate was a firm 25$ an hour not 23$ two shifts innshe asked for the internet password from my husband (I was left out of the loop) this password is used for numerous of my other accounts (safety concern) She said she needed to do homework for college. This was never brought up before the hire or during the hiring process. I would have negotiated a lower fee and created a guest account on my internet secondly, when location for my sons drop off changed(due to no school) Sarah made a big deal telling my husband she didn't know WHEN he was to be dropped off this caused a fight between me and my husband as he claimed I didn't do my job properly However, the sitter was unaware he had text me as soon as he left for work. At 7:31 that morning she text me a cheerful 😊 James is dropped off at Daycamp right on time and he had a great morning. On top of that, the school called me one morning of 42 degrees and rain because my son showed up to school with NO outerwear! It was all laying on the couch ready for school.. She also allowed my 1st grader to Not wear the clothes layer out for him by dad and choose his own, he looked a Fright! I'm not sure what was on Sarah's mind during her time with my son but it wasn't him.
