About Sarah

Caring for seniors has always been a huge part of my life, from growing up with the presence of grandparents, to volunteering and working with this population. Recently, I worked as an Activities Assistant at Sunny View Care Center where I helped to plan activities, as well as to provide one-on-one visits with the residents. I have also acted as a companion and caregiver for a 79-year-old man with Alzheimer's disease, helping with daily tasks, such as walking and exercising, household chores, preparation of food, organization of calendars, assistance with doctor appointments, and help with medication. The biggest part of my job, however, has been acting as an active listener and friend. I look forward to helping out in any way possible!
