About Sarah

I am currently a Kindergarten teacher. I have experience with a very diverse range of students and ability levels. I have worked with students who have all kinds of gifts. In my kindergarten class this last year, I have students who had an IQ of 25 and 145. I had students with cerebral palsy and students who took 45 Minutes of silent work to finish a worksheet. I love seeing the good and great in each student. I use the Montessori method and love child directed learning. My degree had a special emphasis in child development and the science of learning. This helped prepare me to work with the diverse demographic that I encounter
