About Sarah

Howdy! I'm currently a stay at home mom with my daughter who is 17 months old, BUT before this I taught high school English! Before I taught high school I worked in a daycare and nannied/babysat since I was 15 years old. I have extensive experience caring for ages 3 months old - 12 years old. But I have a special place in my heart for those 4 and under. I graduated from Texas A&M in May of 2017 with a BS in Sociology, and a minor in Neuroscience. I would enjoy caring for one or two other young children alongside my own daughter in my own home but I am open to bringing her with me to someone else's home. Any time I spend with young kids will not involve screens. There is so much fun already around that technology steals from. I enjoy taking kids to the library, playgrounds, splash pads, and on stroller rides. (I have my own double stroller) I specifically love reading and playing games to help with language and sensory development.
