About Sarah Ruth

I am a highly educated and experienced nanny who has a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and 18+ years of solid experience working with children. I have been a former teacher/teacher aide in a child care setting for 5 years working with ages 6 weeks to 12 years. I transitioned over to the mental health realm and was a Children's Crisis counselor, counseling children ages 4 to 17 years old. I worked extensively with them and their families. I have nannied on weekends for a 6-year-old boy, a 3-year-old boy and a 3-month-old girl. So far, I have worked as a nanny for three families: -In Quincy, MA (4-year-old girl & 7-year-old boy) for about a year -In Ghent, NY (11-month-old girl) for about 6 months -In Athens, NY (9-year-old girl) I've always chosen careers involving children and enjoy working close with families hoping to make a great impact on their child positively.
