About Sarah

I have worked with seniors for the past 12 years. I consider myself a personal care worker. I care for my clients physical health and mental wellbeing. I specialize in assisting with transferring, personal hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, hair and nail care. I also have extensive knowledge in the dietary needs of seniors and those with special diets ( such as diabetic no sugar, low sugar, low salt, gluten free, carb control, high protein, high fiber, low fiber, thickened, puree, mandible soft, lactose intolerant and food allegies). I went to culinary school in Charleston and have worked at several upscale resteraunts as well as assisted living. I have a degree in health and safety and believe in good sanitation practices and making spaces more handicap friendly and safe and functional. I offer services such as housekeeping, transportation to/from appointments and store, giving medication( including insulin shots), makingappointments, grocery shopping, exercising, and companionship.
