I am a down to earth and involved sitter with 10 years of experience in all ages and many dynamics. ***I am looking for a few part time possibly flexible hours through the week as I am working with another family in the same boat. Let me know if you need varying days! My caretaking style is to include the kids' interests into our daily routine. I love to showcase their personalities to add excitement to slow or difficult tasks. I am extremely involved and love to plan activities that can be fun for siblings with age gaps! Encouraging independence, patience, and clear communication are my top priorities in and out of work. In addition to child care, I am a huge animal lover and can aid in consistent schedules/care for them as well. I love nature and love to gear as much time outside as possible (and I am not afraid to get messy with them!) I always make sure to include the children when keeping the house tidy and meal prep in fun ways that will ensure well rounded routines.
