Sarah was the best thing to happen for our entire family! She provided the best in-home care for my husband with Alzheimer's Disease. She kept him safe and well cared for including daily hygiene, maintained all of his items in the home, laundry, meal prep, housekeeping, took him to doctor's appointments, errands, walks even with our small dog. She was very adept at all of the nuances of caring for someone with changing cognitive abilities. Also, working in a home setting and understanding when to be present and when to fade into the background is something that didn't need to be explained to her because she already understood the situation. She took fantastic care of our home and was respectful and professional with the warmth of a beloved family member. You truly cannot get any better employee than Sarah. She became part of our family!
