I have been caring for children my whole life- from my two daughters, to a plethora of nieces and nephews and now to my grandbabies! I absolutely adore caring for littles and making a positive impact on their lives! I love active play, arts and craft activities, outdoor play, and would be happy to drive your children to places for out of the home activities! Recently I have taken care of my elderly mother for the past 4 years and before that I took care of my brother for many years who had Down Syndrome. I am available to start soon. Preferably would like weekdays and would love to bond with a newborn, but I'm great with all ages and happy to work in a home with more than one child! Sarah was our nanny for a year, until the time that she moved out of state. All I can say is that she was an indispensable and beloved part of our family. She is nurturing and loving at heart. She is utterly reliable and then some. Once I called her at 11 p.m. at night, worried that my son would have to go to the ER (I have a daughter too). My husband was out of town. Sarah came right over, spent the night, and helped me while my son was so sick. She picked up his meds, went to the grocery store, picked up my daughter from school. You will not be disappointed by Sarah. My loss is your gain. She will treat your children like her own, meet your (even unstated!) needs because she has initiative and thinks for herself. She is a great addition to any family and we are so sad to lose her. Sarah cooked for me from time to time, did one or two loads of laundry per week, and my kitchen was always immaculate when I walked in the door! All this and my kids were happy, fed, and clean! She's like Mary Poppins. I recommend her whole heartedly and without reservation. I am happy to speak further about Sarah upon request.
