About Sarah

I recently moved to the Cleveland TN area to be closer to my own aging parents. I spent a decade as a medical social worker, working in home care, dealing with seniors and people with complex chronic conditions that impact physical and/or mental abilities. I've chosen to take a break from social work and help with direct caregiving. I want to help ensure your/your loved one's quality of life by helping with what you want and especially what you need. I am very personable, compassionate and motivating. I'm passionate about caring for and supporting others in various ways. Let's chat and see if I'd be a fit for you or your loved one.
