Hi, I'm Sarah :) I am earning my PhD in Animal Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences at UMass Amherst. I have a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Franklin & Marshall College. There, I was a student athlete (DIII Volleyball) and I served as a Teaching Assistant for 3 years. During high school and college, I worked as an EMT and a lifeguard. With these experiences I have taught students as young as 6 years old, but currently I work with middle school, high school, and college students looking to enhance their understandings in STEM topics such as chemistry and algebra. I am patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help your student grow with confidence in the classroom!
