My name is Sarah and I love kids. I'm 23 and I am an aunt 6 times over. I have been a full-time babysitter every summer since I was 16. I have my own car and I have never been in an accident or gotten a ticket. So far, my experience has been with kids ages Newborn - 9 years old. I'm an excellent snuggler and singing/rocking/bouncing are my go-to soothing methods for babies. I love playing with toddlers. I will almost always bring a special activity with me like coloring pages, play doh, a small craft etc. I find that young kids miss their parents less/don't even know they are gone when they have something new to keep their attention. I'm very good at math, science, and reading and would definitely be able to help your older kids with their homework if necessary.

Sarah has babysat for both of my children throughout their lives 0-2.5yrs. She quickly forms a bond with the kids and made my children feel special. She is confident in her caregiving skills, but also knows there are items parents may have preference on and will ask how you want it done if specifics weren’t given. Once explained, she follows directions. She is great at talking with kids of all ages... quickly understanding where they are at developmentally and communicating in a way that encourages growth. Same with other developmental milestones. She knows working on them should be part of the routine. She is patient to let kids try themselves, and can break down a task with clear instructions without doing for them. Sarah has also done school dropoff/pickup, errands, home organizing, online shopping for us. We love Sarah!
