About Sarah

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, fun. I like working with kids because children are naturally curious. They are exploring their world and learning as they go. It's a joy to be a guide and partner in the learning and fun of children. I'm looking for a job that utilizes my teaching background and fits with my family dynamics. I started working with kids when I was in high school doing all kinds of babysitting jobs. I earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education and spent 3 years teaching at an international boarding school in Kenya before returning to the States to get married and have my two boys. In my spare time, I like to read fiction and hike. I thoroughly enjoy playing with my two boys, ages 2 & 6. We love playing at parks, going on adventures, and creating fun at home. My skills include tutoring.
