I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind, and patient. I like caring for people with special needs because they are such amazing little people. I have worked in the school district with special needs for 12 years. They give me so much joy watching their hard work and determination. I started caring for people with special needs when I started working in a moderate special needs class at a local middle school. I then moved to a moderate special needs class at an elementary school where I am still currently employed. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband and our 18-year-old son. I love going thrift shopping and I love crafting! My skills include experience in several different types of special needs equipment such as G tube feedings, seizure medication trainings, asthma medications, and more.
