Hi! My name is Sarah and I would love to help make your life a little easier and hopefully more fun! I am a recent graduate with a Masters in Counseling Psychology and am looking for some part time work while I build my caseload. As a therapist, I am interested in developmental psychology, attachment theory and trauma-informed care which I think makes me an empathetic caregiver. I also love to have fun! I spend most of my free time either outdoors or listening to music and I enjoy bringing my littles along for the adventure by teaching songs and exploring nearby parks and trails.
