About Sarah

I have many years of experience working with all different age groups in child care. When I was in high school I volunteered as an assistant teacher in a kindergarten classroom, that's when I found my passion for working with children. For two summers, I was a volunteer camp counselor at a Christian camp. I worked as a teacher's assistant/floater in a daycare for two years. And I worked as a nanny for a family with a newborn baby and another family with 3 small children. Many of my duties have included, but are not limited to, changing diapers, preparing food, planning activities, administering medications, and tutoring. I am always responsible, firm but fair and know how to have fun and use my imagination. It's been about 7 years since my career change to veterinary technician, but I love working with children and I miss the joy it brought me in life, so I am making the transition back into childcare. Family is the most important thing to me, and I'd love to become a part of yours!
