Sarah is prompt. She asks lots of questions to get to know your dog. Sarah also sent many updates while taking care of our dog. When we got delayed, Sarah was totally flexible and was able to give give us n extra hour with very little notice. Our dog was super comfortable with sarah from the moment they met. I highly recommend sarah because she has very positive energy, she is a very good communicator (letting us know her eta and sending status messages regularly), she is also very professional and just charming!
