Hello there! My name is Sarah. I have lived in Ithaca area for 7 years and have been lucky to work and grow in various different roles within schools and nonprofits in the community. I have my NYS teaching license for Special & Elementary education grades 1-6. I worked as a licensed teacher for 3 years at TST BOCES and Spencer VanEtten. Prior to my time as a licensed educator I worked in teaching assistant roles at Ithaca City School District and Namaste Montessori. I currently work as a Family Support Specialist at the Child Development Council. Throughout my work experience I have developed a passion for supporting the unique needs of families and children to spark joy and learning in everyday experiences.
