With over a decade of experience as a professional nanny, I've had the privilege of nurturing and guiding children from their earliest newborn days through their vibrant preschool years. My expertise encompasses a wide range of essential skills, including sleep training, establishing consistent routines, navigating the milestones of potty training, and laying the foundation for early literacy. I also place a strong emphasis on developmental monitoring, instilling autonomy, and creating an environment of consent. Some of my favorite activities with young children include: getting involved at the local library, organizing regular playdates, introducing them to new foods, exploring local parks and playgrounds, fostering a love for reading, and engaging in music-making and play. I understand the importance of building trust and open communication with families, and I strive to create a collaborative and supportive partnership. *Open to a Nanny Share Contract

Sarah has taken care of my daughter (M) since she was 3 months old, and I went back to work. She also picks up my 4 year old son (H) from daycare and brings him home daily. When we first found Sarah, we thought it would be for about 6 months. It's been almost 2 years, and I wish our family could have her forever; she's incredible. Sarah has been instrumental in the development of M who is kind, empathetic, funny, loves books and is a great eater! all of these characteristics come from Sarah's love, patience and nurturing. Sarah was on time every single day, and early 99% of the days! Sarah is a responsible driver and keeps the safety of our kids at the forefront of her care. She researched formula, dietary needs, developmental milestones, toys, and anything my kids were struggling with or interested in. She even sent me friendly reminders to order diaper or wipes or M's favorite snacks. She kept our household running and truly is a part of our family- her organization and communication skills are next level. Sarah also thought of activities for M to get involved in such as music classes, playgroups and library craft times and made sure she felt comfortable and safe at all times. Sarah kept a detailed log every day of M's activities, diapering, mood, any milestones or supplies we needed. As a working parent, sometimes reading the notes at the end of day made me feel like I was a part of the day. ❤️ My kiddos love Sarah and are excited every time she walks in the door. My dog loves her too. If you are looking for a caregiver that will care for your kids the same as you do and love them- invite Sarah into your life. You won't regret it. P.S- she got my daughter potty trained before she was 2- AMAZING.
