My role as caregiver is to help seniors maintain their independence and the quality of life they enjoy in their home as they continue to age. I enjoy providing companionship with seniors and learning about their life. I Help them to connect with friends & family, engage in the activities they love and explore new activities if they're open to it. I'm aware when seniors need space to define their own day and when they need more assistance as their needs change. I'm dependable, patient, I show up on time, conscientious and I take my job seriously. By nature, I have an upbeat disposition. I can cook, organize, help with basic computer snafus, outdoor and indoor tasks and I'm a safe driver. I look forward to learning more about your care needs and any questions you may have.

Sarah is exceptional. No two ways about it. She's a dream team rolled into one person. I've known Sarah for almost 30 years. We both trained in school together and we both worked in Senior Care Centers at the same time. I've seen her working her magic. She's got a way with seniors that is indescribable. She's focused, compassionate, respectful, proactive, discreet, unflappable, witty and charming. And did I say how great a cook she is? She loves her work and her effort goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs extra support or who has an elderly parent in need of a caregiver. Sarah's a gem.
