I'm a dedicated childcare provider with 6 years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experience in previous babysitting roles, motivated me to pursue a career as a caregiver. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them regularly updated about their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup, text, or phone calls, whichever they prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting choices.
