Hi, I'm Sarah! I have several years of combined experience in nannying/caregiving, and had been a professional caregiver/DSP for almost 3 years. I am continuously learning and meeting unique personalities! This means I am comfortable working with children of all ages- with or without disabilities. I love to utilize arts and crafts, and encourage creativity so children are able to express themselves and avoid boredom. I am able to cook meals, follow guidelines for all aspects of children's care, communicate effectively with parents/guardians about daily activities and behaviors, and encourage literacy through read-aloud time and alphabet games. I have just graduated with a bachelors degree in exercise science and a minor in ASL studies. I am planning on going into speech therapy in the future. I am looking for a short to longer term position while I'm working towards achieving my goals!

Sarah is patient, respectful and reliable. She’s extremely detailed oriented and makes sure everything is done correctly. We’ve enjoyed her time with our family. She’s cared for 3 of them our children, all of them at very different stages of development. I’ve seen her adapt and include each one of them while also making special bonds with them individually (infant to tween). She can assist with cleaning, cooking, driving, outings. She’s amazing and goes above and beyond. I’d recommend her to my closest friends and family and trust her with those requiring the most tender care.
