About Sarah

My mission is to provide support and empowerment to parents, infants and children. Hi there! My name is Sarah. I am a momma of two pretty incredible kids. They are nine and 10 years old now. Time flies! I am originally from northwest Pennsylvania but grew up in the triangle area. I have an amazing family and support system. I am a postpartum doula looking to fill my days with fun and adventure. When I'm not busy helping other families, my kids and I enjoy activities at our church, adventures on local trails, playing at the park, playing baseball, and riding horses. I have extensive infant and childcare experience and am always adding to my resume. I did my postpartum doula training through ProDoula. I am passionate about my work as a postpartum doula as well as a nanny.
