About Sarah

I am development assistant at the UM Ross School of Business. I am a kind, reliable, and hardworking individual. I have worked with children since I was in high school. First volunteering and eventually managing an after school program for kids in low income communities. Moving forward I worked in the nonprofit sector as an intern for the DC public schools and a Sunday School teacher with my local church. Later I was a special education teacher for children and adolescents with autism. Working with children on the full range of the spectrum taught me how to be patient, observant, kind, and helpful to all children and their differing personalities. I was in that position for 3 years. Through these experiences I have learned how to effectively teach and tutor children based on their learning style and needs. Lastly, I am an auntie to three beautiful kids and have helped their mother out since their infancy. I hope to be an aid to you and your family as well.
