Over the past couple of years, I have cared for 16 energetic children, whose ages ranged from 1 month to 7 years old. I have experience in picking up and dropping off my clients' children at school and the bus stop. I also assist them with their schoolwork and prepare their breakfast and dinner. I am very attentive when we're out for walks or riding their bikes. I truly enjoy caring for children, and I am ready to take on more energetic kids. I reached out to Care.com about a day before I needed a babysitter. I chose Sarah based on her profile. When she arrived, I basically dumped a 5 year old, a 2 year old and a one year old on her, spent 10 minutes giving her harried instructions while I was getting ready and then I ran out the door. Sarah handled the chaos like a champ. I came home to the soothing sounds of the Sleep song by G's Corner playing on the TV and the children sleepy but settled. I told Sarah to just go with the flow and she did. I have a very chaotic household, with three toddlers, two rottweilers, a squawking parrot and adult children who float in and out. Sarah took it all in stride. She was smiling when she arrived and still smiling when she left. She was wonderful. The kids missed her when she left and actually asked if she was coming back the next day. We don't get out much, but if the opportunity arises, I will reach out for Sarah again, without hesitation.
