I am mom to four (mostly grown) great kids! My oldest is 23 and my youngest is a sophmore in high school. I have years of experience in child care. I have been the director of two separate preschools for 7+ years. I've assisted in many roles including nanny, babysitter, family assistant and non profit mentoring with teens. I love kids of all ages! I have a natural ability to connect and bond with children, but also with their families. In my professional life I most recently was a Director of Executive Coaching for an HR consulting company. My personal passions are writing, cycling, reading and hanging out with my family. I am excited to offer my services to families who need one time care, or repeated help, specifically for ages newborn to 4 years old. I'd like to help with overnight care to help you sleep with a new baby at home, or hold down the fort so you can go out for a date on the weekend. Looking forward to meeting you soon!

I interviewed probably 20 people before finding Sarah, and she is amazing. She watched my son and my co-workers daughter when they were babies, and both of them took to her right away. She is warm and responsive to their needs, but also gives them the freedom to explore on their own. She helps my son draw on the whiteboard, brings in toys (and even play-doh) for him, and takes him to new places on walks. She is always looking for ways to help out, and will take my son to wash the dishes at the office (which he loves). My son loves hanging out with her. When I'm done working, I always know that he will be happy, well rested, and his diaper will be clean. I always feel confident leaving my son in her care -- and I am very choosy! She is also extremely reliable -- on time and rarely sick.
