About Sarah

Greetings! I'm a part time online law student at the University of Hawaii (Class of 2028) with a passion for social justice, workers' rights, and equity. As an Army veteran, I'm committed to using my experiences to advocate for systemic change. Before launching my legal career, I'm excited to return to childcare, a field close to my heart. In the Army, I served as an Arabic linguist and am fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in French, Russian, and Chinese. I earned my liberal arts degree from Excelsior University while working full-time on active duty. My first job was teaching pre-K students at a Kumon Center, and I've also worked in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children on the autism spectrum. I bring patience, kindness, and a commitment to fostering inclusive, enriching experiences. Whether through play, arts and crafts, or outdoor adventures, I strive to create a nurturing space where every child feels valued and empowered.
