About Sarah

I'm looking for a job that provides some flexibility while allowing me to meaningfully engage with our elders. I work in education and would like to find a way to spend my time that enhances the lived experience of another. I have a lot of flexibility this summer and I can't think of a better way to spend my time off than helping someone. In my spare time, I like to read fiction of all genres, spend time in nature with my dog (a retired racing greyhound) and attend cultural festivals. I am quiet and much more likely to be reading on my Kindle than doing anything else. One thing you should know about me is I am the youngest of 6. My parents have been married for 61 years and retired to Arizona (from WA) about 10 years ago. I have spent the majority of my professional life working with young adults, children, and teens, and I welcome the opportunity to spend time with my elders.
