Hello! I have been taking care of children for the better part of 20 years. I am an experienced social worker in child welfare (10 years), currently work as a child care advocate, and have 10+ years of teaching children and adults how to swim! While working as a social worker, I developed a wonderful skill set for behavior management. My full time job requires my attention most days (Mon-Fri, mostly 8-5) but I have the ability to have flexibility unless I have a work event I must attend (I'll let you know well in advance). If you are in need of back-up care, occasional weekend support, or help getting your children to and from camp/school, I'm your girl! My vehicle can hold 2 children comfortably if car seats are needed. I am a certified car seat technician, I have been CPR/first aid certified for 15 years, and I am comfortable with all ages but prefer 0-12. I am also available to add private swim lessons to our employment agreement for an additional fee!
