I'm looking for a job where the family that chooses to work with me wants to have fun, productive days where good memories are made and we're able to communicate and grow from rough patches. I started working with kids as a volunteer at a daycare center. Soon after, I became a lifeguard and swim instructor. I had to pause due to pandemic shutdowns, but tutored students at my school in the meantime. I got back into swim instruction in 2022 and I have been with the same swim school since! I'm always looking to learn and grow. If there's something brought to my attention that I can improve, I'm more than happy to use it to improve my character and provide higher quality childcare. My care philosophy is it's important to admit my mistakes and apologize for them when they occur. I believe that all three of these are extremely important to model.
