About Sarah

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am 21 years old. I've been caring for children of all ages since my first job at 16 years old, working at a fitness daycare. As for my most recent job, I worked as a nanny for a family I connected with using Care. com! Additionally, I regularly babysit a family friend's 7-year-old, and have been since she was about 7 months. I am CPR and First Aid certified for infants/young children as well as adults and I have experience caring for children with severe food allergies. Working with kids and their families is a big passion of mine! Although the focus is typically on the children, family values and parental preferences are very important to me! I do my best to care for children in a way that best aligns with the preferences of the parent(s). Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time getting outside, trying new things, and reading. Any extra time is spent with my 5 cats, 5 frogs, and 2 dogs. I'm very adaptable and try to make the best of everything!
