Sarah was very nice when we interviewed her over the phone. We did not hire Sarah because she had no nanny experience but I definitely would recommend her to join your family. I can tell she really loves children, especially infants. However we did mention to Sarah we would be contacting her to babysit soon maybe on a weekend. I hope she really finds the right family. She seems very caring and loves what she does and that's taking care of children. Good luck Sarah!
