About Sara

Hi Missoula! I'm currently serving an Americorps term here, through the Montana Conservation Corps. While I love the job, I miss working with kids! I spent the past year working in environmental education at an outdoor school, primarily teaching kids in the 4th and 6th grades all about nature (and playing lots of games)! I have been a track coach for elementary aged kids, worked as a camp counselor, forest school instructor, and a tutor for elementary through high school students. I have also done lots of babysitting over the years, for a large range of ages and needs. I graduated in 2021 from the University of British Columbia with a BA in Environmental Geography. I'm super excited to be in Missoula and get to know the wonderful community here! Whatever the needs of you and your family, I would love to help out, whether that be babysitting, tutoring, pet care, or just some general housekeeping and tidying up! I'm mostly available in the evenings and on weekends.
